Encompass Developer
Job Summary
To support and enhance the loan origination system, the full-time Encompass Developer will configure, customize, and maintain the Encompass platform while collaborating with various teams to improve workflows and automate processes, with options for onsite work in San Diego, CA or Kennesaw, GA, as well as remote candidates within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform, including workflows and automation
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions while creating technical documentation
- Recommend workflow efficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- 3 years of Encompass development, administration, or configuration experience
- 3 years of residential mortgage industry experience
- Understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from application through post-closing
- Experience with Encompass business rules, workflows, and custom forms
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
