Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Support Specialist who will provide comprehensive support and administration for the loan origination system and its integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-level application support and troubleshoot internal support issues
• Oversee Loan Origination systems and manage user account lifecycle
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and support software implementation

Required Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of experience in technology within the Mortgage industry
• Experience with Encompass Administration is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong aptitude for process implementation and documentation
