Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support for the loan origination system, the full-time remote Encompass Support Specialist will manage application support, oversee loan systems administration, and facilitate user provisioning while ensuring effective utilization of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level application support and troubleshoot issues across various mortgage systems
- Oversee Loan Origination systems, manage integrations, and collaborate with IT on system enhancements
- Manage the employee mortgage application process, including user account lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience in technology within the mortgage industry
- Experience with Encompass Administration is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment and minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on deadlines
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in time-sensitive situations
