Job Summary
Responsible for managing production applications and ensuring an optimal loan origination process, the full-time Encompass System Administrator will work remotely to support user setups, develop Encompass forms, and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with IT support and third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain user setups, loan document libraries, and eFolder settings to ensure a paperless environment
- Manage service desk requests and provide tier 3 support for Encompass processes and workflows
- Identify training needs and facilitate Encompass end-user training for new features and updates
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with the Encompass loan origination system
- Strong understanding of loan setup settings and regulatory compliance
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software applications
- Ability to liaise with third-party vendors and manage integrations
- Familiarity with Information Technology Security protocols and applicable laws
