Encompass System Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass System Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system
• Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs

Required Qualifications

• Two years recent experience in loan origination system support experience preferred
• Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred
• Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Previous system support experience preferred
