End-to-End Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, high-visibility initiatives remotely, the contract-to-hire End-to-End Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of cross-functional projects across Medical, Behavioral, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Health lines of business while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from initiation through operational stabilization
• Collaborate with executive leadership and matrix partners to define project scope and success metrics
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans while maintaining oversight of project funding and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, project management, or healthcare preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Portfolio management experience preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
