End-to-End Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, the contract-to-hire End-to-End Project Manager will drive project delivery from initiation through operational stabilization in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Manage integrated delivery across business, technology, and operational workstreams while collaborating with executive leadership
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans, maintaining oversight of project funding and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, project management, or healthcare preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Portfolio management experience preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
