End User Computing Engineer

Job Summary

Providing primary operational support for end-user hardware and software, the hybrid End User Computing Engineer will manage level 1 and 2 support for a geographically distributed team while collaborating on IT solutions and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for remote staff, addressing hardware and software issues
• Create, update, and manage support tickets to ensure thorough documentation and resolution of incidents
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle for remote employees, ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Tier I operational support experience in a regulated life sciences environment
• 2+ years supporting macOS and Windows laptops via MDM
• 2+ years supporting Identity platforms such as OKTA or Entra/AzureAD
• Experience administering various IT systems and SaaS applications
