End User Computing Engineer

Job Summary

Providing dedicated support remotely, the full-time End User Computing Engineer will administer and optimize the organization's end-user computing environment, focusing on endpoint management technologies, security, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and onboarding
• Manage endpoint infrastructure and oversee operating system lifecycle management, including upgrades and compliance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace technologies
