End User Computing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an End User Computing Specialist (Hybrid - Blue Ash, OH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Deliver prompt, professional technical support to high-profile ophthalmology clinics and surgical centers
• Install, configure, and upgrade devices and software

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support or end user computing role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools, Active Directory, and remote monitoring and management tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Customer-first attitude with a passion for solving technical problems
