End User Migration Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an End User Migration QE Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application compatibility testing as users migrate to new environments
• Validate functionality across web clients, FAT clients, and file share dependent applications
• Identify, document, and track defects through remediation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience with a focus on end user migration testing and application validation
• Proven ability to lead testing activities independently, including defect lifecycle ownership
• Deep experience with defect triage, remediation coordination, and cross team communication
• Strong understanding of domain migrations and file share access permissions
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
