Job Summary
Seeking a strategically-minded leader, the full-time remote End User Services Lead will own the End User Services Tower, driving modernization efforts and managing an outsourced delivery team while implementing next-generation AI-driven workforce technology.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, focusing on cost optimization and security alignment
- Lead the Managed Service Provider to exceed SLAs and ensure operational excellence in service delivery and project management
- Manage relationships with vendors and oversee the technical roadmap for Unified Endpoint Management platforms
Required qualifications
- Deep experience with WinOS and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record with VDI/DaaS deployment and understanding of cloud vs. physical hardware trade-offs
- Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience with budget planning and vendor contract negotiation
