Job Summary
Seeking a strategically-minded leader, the full-time remote End User Services Lead will own the EUS Tower, architecting a modern work environment while managing an outsourced delivery team and implementing next-generation AI-driven workforce technology.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, focusing on agile solutions and cost optimization
- Lead and manage the performance of the outsourced Managed Service Provider, ensuring high operational standards and service delivery
- Oversee vendor relationships and technical roadmaps for Unified Endpoint Management platforms, ensuring compliance and sustainability initiatives are met
Required qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience with WinOS and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record in deploying VDI/DaaS solutions and understanding the trade-offs versus physical hardware
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience with large-scale OPEX/CAPEX budget planning and vendor contract negotiation
