Job Summary
Leading the End User Services Tower, the full-time remote End User Services Tower Lead will architect a modern work environment, manage an outsourced delivery team, and implement AI-driven workforce technology while ensuring a user-first experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, focusing on agile solutions and cost optimization
- Lead and manage the performance of the Managed Service Provider to exceed operational standards and improve service delivery
- Oversee vendor relationships and technical roadmaps for Unified Endpoint Management platforms, ensuring compliance and sustainability initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global Managed Service Providers
- Deep, hands-on experience with WinOS and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS solutions
- Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM frameworks and automated deployment tools
