Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, research, and process Sales Account & NASP requests using internal tools and datasets
  • Support CLE analysis, updates, and duplicate resolution to maintain accurate customer records
  • Participate in requirement reviews, testing, and validation of new features within the GCH application
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical ability to manually review large datasets across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems
  • Strong teamwork skills and accountability in meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility to support after hours testing when needed
