Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Support Analyst - I.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, research, and process Sales Account & NASP requests using internal tools and datasets
- Support CLE analysis, updates, and duplicate resolution to maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in requirement reviews, testing, and validation of new features within the GCH application
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability to manually review large datasets across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems
- Strong teamwork skills and accountability in meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to support after hours testing when needed
