Job Summary
To support sales operations and data governance, the contract End User Support Analyst will manage CRM data accuracy, lead a migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, and act as a liaison between Sales and IT in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage CRM data governance to ensure accuracy and compliance of sales accounts
- Drive the CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, including data mapping and validation
- Act as a primary liaison between Sales, IT, Legal, and external vendors to facilitate communication and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, sales operations, CRM administration, or MDM
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in migration projects
- Strong understanding of corporate structures, legal entities, and account hierarchies
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, and governance processes
- Ability to perform UAT testing and translate business requirements into technical needs
