Job Summary
Working remotely as a contract position, the End User Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 support for users of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other software, primarily through live chat, while managing multiple conversations and support tickets.
Key responsibilities
- Actively respond to users in real-time via chat and process support tickets
- Monitor email and Microsoft Teams messages to assist team members
- Review and update Knowledge Base articles and client communications to enhance support
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 16 GB of RAM and a reliable computer with high-speed internet access
- Experience providing Tier 1 end-user support
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
