End-User Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance user engagement and adoption, the contracted End-User Training & Adoption Specialist will design and deliver training for non-technical audiences remotely, simplifying complex concepts into clear, interactive materials and sessions while continuously improving training based on feedback and learner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training materials and sessions tailored for non-technical users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with real-world scenarios and user needs
• Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness based on user feedback and identified knowledge gaps

Required qualifications

• Experience in instructional design focused on non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in content development tools such as PowerPoint and Articulate
• Strong analytical skills to identify learning gaps and enhance user comprehension
• Ability to deliver both instructor-led and virtual training with hands-on practice
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in creating practical learning assets
