Endocrinologist with IMLC License

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Endocrinologist with an IMLC License, the modified full-time role (32 to 36 hours per week) will provide telemedicine care focused on obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management, collaborating with advanced practice providers and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemedicine setting, focusing on evidence-based obesity treatment and diabetes management
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and Registered Dietitians to manage a panel of patients, ensuring quality care and continuity
• Participate in after-hours call schedules and conduct case reviews to support complex endocrinology cases and professional development

Required qualifications

• Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, preferably with a LOQ from the IMLC
• Minimum of 5 years as an attending physician in endocrinology
• Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD and CAD/CV conditions
• Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of CGMs and insulin pumps
