Job Summary

Providing accurate and timely assistance to candidates, the full-time remote Endorsement Specialist will manage endorsement applications, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process candidate endorsement applications and maintain candidate records
  • Verify candidate experience through employment audits and communicate with endorsers regarding applications
  • Utilize endorsement applications throughout the entire lifecycle, including audit resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products
  • Experience with CRM/database applications is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interact professionally with diverse individuals
