Job Summary

To support a dedicated Gastroenterology team, the part-time Specialty Scheduling Coordinator (Endoscopy) will manage patient coordination for surgeries and procedures, ensuring effective communication among patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while working remotely in Minnesota.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for coordinating care before surgeries and treatments
• Monitor work queues and address patient messages through Epic and MyChart
• Identify and resolve potential issues affecting patient care, including insurance and adherence concerns

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a medical setting
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
