Endoscopy Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the part-time Endoscopy Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling and registration functions, facilitate communication among patients, providers, and staff, and ensure efficient access to services while working remotely for Minnesota residents.

Key responsibilities

• Acquires patient consent for medical records and authorizations from managed care plans
• Schedules tests, procedures, and follow-up visits based on physician orders
• Monitors patient discharge status and coordinates communication with referring physicians

Required qualifications

• Vocational/Technical training or an Associate's Degree
• One to three years of relevant experience
