Job Summary
Providing in-house technical support for Medtronic's Endoscopy portfolio, the full-time Associate Technical Services Specialist will troubleshoot hardware and software issues through a Technical Support call center, including time-sensitive situations during live procedures, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems originating from customer calls in a help desk environment
- Document customer interactions and drive timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement and new product development
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of experience, OR Associate's Degree AND 2+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree
- Technical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Experience in a clinical or technical setting
- Familiarity with networked computer environments and operating systems (DOS, UNIX preferred)
- Prior technical service, support, and training experience
