Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Cyber Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily ticket queues and provide operational support for endpoint security solutions
• Implement and enforce technical controls based on inputs from various cybersecurity teams
• Document procedures and ensure compliance reporting for supported endpoint security products

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• B.S. from an accredited university with up to two years of endpoint security experience
• Fundamental understanding of accepted security practices and troubleshooting issues
• Understanding of Operating Systems and Network Protocols
• Foundational knowledge of malware families and advanced threat detection
