Endpoint Cyber Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Cyber Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily ticket queues and provide operational support for endpoint security solutions
• Implement and enforce technical controls based on inputs from cybersecurity teams and support change management tasks
• Document procedures and services related to endpoint security products and monitor compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• B.S. from an accredited university with 1-2 years of endpoint security experience, or equivalent experience or certifications
• Fundamental understanding of security practices, troubleshooting, and attack vectors
• Understanding of Operating Systems and Network Protocols
• Foundational knowledge of advanced threat detection and malware families
