Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Cyber Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily ticket queues and provide operational support for endpoint security solutions
• Implement technical controls and support change management tasks related to endpoint security policies
• Document procedures and assist in troubleshooting complex issues across endpoint security solutions

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related Cyber Security field with 2-4 years of experience
• US Citizenship is required
• Understanding of Operating Systems and Network Protocols
• Foundational knowledge of advanced threat detection and malware families
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
