Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint solutions for secure and productive employee experiences
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints using enterprise tools
• Provide Tier-3 support for complex endpoint issues and manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years in endpoint engineering or device management roles
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
• Proficiency with ITIL practices and service management tools
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
