Endpoint Engineer
Job Summary
To support client endpoint management, the remote Tier 2 Endpoint Engineer will perform day-to-day operations and support for Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune, ensuring patch compliance, client health, and policy integrity while serving as an escalation point for more complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage Configuration Manager collections, applications, and task sequences, including OS deployment
- Administer Intune device compliance policies and manage application deployment across multiple platforms
- Monitor security compliance and investigate policy enforcement issues, contributing to quarterly client reviews
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) in a production environment
- Working knowledge of Configuration Manager site infrastructure and management components
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies and application management
- Practical understanding of Conditional Access and multifactor authentication
- Experience with certificate-based authentication and VPN profile configuration
