Endpoint Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Endpoint Engineer to manage the development and maintenance of a lightweight agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux, focusing on collection, policy evaluation, and lifecycle management in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own components of the endpoint agent, including collection, enrichment, and enforcement
- Deliver features end-to-end, from design and implementation to post-release monitoring
- Implement agent lifecycle engineering, ensuring stability and performance on remote machines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building production software using C/C++ or Swift
- Working knowledge of operating system internals and system APIs on Windows, macOS, or Linux
- Experience with unattended software, including versioning and failure recovery
- Strong debugging skills and familiarity with cross-platform CI/CD and test automation
- Security-conscious coding habits and effective collaboration in a distributed team
