Job Summary
Designing and shipping kernel- and user-mode components, the full-time Endpoint Engineer, EDR will focus on observing and interpreting Windows activity to enhance security measures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship components that observe and convert Windows activity into high-fidelity intent signals
- Own EDR-class detection and prevention capabilities, including sensor instrumentation and event enrichment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor signals into policy enforcement and real-time interventions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering production C/C++ systems software, particularly in endpoint security or OS internals
- Deep knowledge of operating system internals, including process lifecycle and memory management
- Hands-on experience with kernel callbacks and minifilters
- Demonstrated experience building or operating EDR, EPP, XDR, or AV products
- Strong debugging skills, performance tracing, and crash-dump analysis capabilities
