Endpoint Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise endpoint platforms, the remote Endpoint Engineering Lead will manage a team of engineers, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure the security and scalability of endpoint technologies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of endpoint engineers while providing strategic direction and technical oversight across macOS and Windows platforms
• Design and optimize the Jamf environment for Apple device lifecycle management and oversee Windows endpoint management workflows
• Drive automation and modernization efforts through scripting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or EUC roles, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership position
• Deep technical expertise in Jamf Pro and macOS deployment and compliance management
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Bash and Python
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management
