Endpoint Patching Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patching Specialist responsible for managing patch compliance across Windows endpoints and servers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Ivanti Endpoint Manager patching workflows and manage patch content lifecycle
• Leverage Microsoft Intune and Active Directory for RMM agent deployment and troubleshooting
• Participate in change management practices and coordinate with security teams for prioritized remediation

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager in a managed services environment
• Working knowledge of Windows patching concepts
• Basic-to-intermediate experience with Active Directory and Intune
• Strong operational discipline in documentation and executing changes
• Experience with other RMM patching platforms and Linux patching is a plus
