Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst - Endpoint Support III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for various endpoint devices and associated peripherals
- Perform advanced problem assessment and resolution, coordinating with manufacturers and vendors as needed
- Lead endpoint support projects and guide other team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of progressive experience in information technologies
- Advanced experience with desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device hardware
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot network access issues
- Comprehensive knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
