Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - Endpoint Support III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for various endpoint devices and associated peripherals
  • Perform advanced problem assessment and resolution, coordinating with manufacturers and vendors as needed
  • Lead endpoint support projects and guide other team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of progressive experience in information technologies
  • Advanced experience with desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device hardware
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot network access issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
