Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure availability, performance, and security for devices including Mac, Windows, and Chrome Books
Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device software and hardware

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as an Endpoint Support Engineer
Experience with Jamf Pro for Apple device management and Azure for Windows devices
Proficient in writing scripts using Bash and PowerShell; knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience administering Google Collaboration tools
Familiarity with CI-CD pipelines and using GitHub
