Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint & Support Specialist to maintain IT systems and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance and security
  • Manage user accounts and oversee identity and access management tasks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot endpoint and SaaS application issues as part of Tier 1 or 2 support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing Windows devices through Microsoft Intune in a cloud-only environment
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID identity structure and access policies
  • 3+ years of experience delivering remote or hybrid end-user IT support
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
