Job Summary
A company is looking for an Endpoint & Support Specialist to maintain IT systems and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance and security
- Manage user accounts and oversee identity and access management tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot endpoint and SaaS application issues as part of Tier 1 or 2 support
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Windows devices through Microsoft Intune in a cloud-only environment
- Working knowledge of Entra ID identity structure and access policies
- 3+ years of experience delivering remote or hybrid end-user IT support
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
