Endpoint Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day endpoint management and device security in a fully remote environment, the full-time Endpoint Systems Administrator will administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, manage endpoint compliance, and provide Tier 2 support for access issues across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and security policies
• Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management
• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for endpoint and Microsoft 365 access issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting end-user endpoints in a cloud-first environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and modern authentication methods
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and common SaaS applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
