Energy Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Advisor to support residential customers with their energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance to property owners and contractors for project conversion and compliance
• Troubleshoot technical questions and guide installation requirements
• Complete rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation review

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and work experience
• Technical, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interest in residential energy efficiency and building science fundamentals
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and standard digital communications
• Desire to help customers understand energy usage and complete upgrade projects
