Energy Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting residential customers through energy-efficiency projects, the full-time remote Energy Advisor will guide homeowners and contractors from initial eligibility to project completion, ensuring accurate processing of paperwork and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to facilitate project conversion and compliance
• Troubleshoot questions and guide customers on program requirements while managing a high volume of interactions independently
• Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and documentation review with attention to detail

Required qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or high-volume communication
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Genuine interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
• Detail-oriented to resolve rebate and calculation issues
