Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Analyst to manage demand response programs in US electricity markets.

Key Responsibilities

Administer NYISO ICAP/SCR and PJM capacity programs, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits
Monitor client performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions
Track market rule changes and prepare intelligence briefings to support business development

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in demand response or utility programs
Familiarity with ISO/RTO market structures, particularly NYISO and PJM
Understanding of demand response program mechanics, including compliance requirements
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
