Energy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting internal operations and analytics, the full-time Energy Analyst will focus on KPI tracking, data analysis, and process documentation while working remotely from Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking and reporting using Power BI or similar tools
• Perform data analysis and monitor team performance through Excel and other reporting platforms
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Required qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
