Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Energy Analyst II will assist with software implementations, provide ongoing customer support, and enhance analytical models within a web-based energy analytics platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configuring, calibrating, and validating analytical models during implementation projects and ad hoc engagements
- Providing direct analytical support to clients and troubleshooting software failures
- Developing reporting dashboards and visualizations for integration into production software
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in a quantitative role
- Strong grasp of statistics and time series analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and model development
- Hands-on experience in configuring, calibrating, and validating analytical models
- Less than 3 years of relevant work experience in the wholesale electric power industry
