Energy and Sustainability Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Energy & Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute energy management and sustainability strategies to meet client objectives
• Implement energy and sustainability programs and drive operational improvements across real estate portfolios
• Manage energy, waste, and water data collection and produce tailored reports

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
• In-depth understanding of energy and water conservation measures and Greenhouse Gas Emission reporting
• Experience benchmarking and analyzing utility data to drive sustainability measures
• Experience conducting ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 energy audits and site assessments
