Key Responsibilities
- Assist utility customers with energy efficiency programs and services
- Provide customer service, schedule visits, and offer tech support through various platforms
- Navigate multiple support scripts and manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Strong sales orientation with a customer service focus
- Ability to work in a structured environment with set schedules
