Energy Efficiency Outreach Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Energy Efficiency Outreach Lead will manage customer outreach, develop partnerships, and coordinate field operations to support the implementation of residential energy efficiency programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property decision makers and stakeholders
• Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection
• Lead meetings with internal teams and partners to discuss production planning and program activities

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in energy-efficiency program implementation or project management
• Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners and contractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and CRM tools
• Strong interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
