Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Principal to lead strategy and decision-making for residential energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program design, execution, and forecasting to meet goals and client expectations
• Deliver large-budget energy efficiency programs and ensure timely submission of program deliverables
• Lead and mentor a team while fostering partnerships with subcontractors and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Experience in developing project plans, scopes, budgets, and contract negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and budget management tools
