Energy Efficiency Program Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of residential energy efficiency programs, the full-time remote Energy Efficiency Program Market Engagement Lead will manage partnerships, conduct property assessments, and ensure program goal attainment while collaborating with local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property decision makers and industry affiliates
• Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection
• Lead meetings with internal teams and partners to discuss production planning and program activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in energy-efficiency program implementation or project management
• Proven success in engaging customers and multifamily property owners
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and CRM tools
• Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact
