Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Efficiency Project & Data Analysis Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs
• Manage project timelines, maintain project calendars, and ensure timely submission of program data
• Establish rapport with stakeholders and ensure projects meet program requirements while maintaining quality control

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred in energy, technology, policy, research, or sustainability; advanced degrees are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in energy efficiency or sustainability
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
• Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact
