Job Summary
Detail-driven and organized, the remote Energy Efficiency Project Manager I will manage rebate processing workflows, support invoicing and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful energy efficiency programs while residing in the Pittsburgh, PA Metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and deliver assigned rebate program projects to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Monitor rebate application queues and ensure accurate and timely processing while preparing invoicing and monthly reporting activities
- Communicate regularly with utilities, contractors, and external stakeholders to clarify program requirements and resolve inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in project coordination, consulting support, or program administration
- Experience in supporting project activities within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to prepare reports and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control practices, including reviewing work for accuracy and completeness
