Energy Efficiency Project Manager

Job Summary

To support impactful energy efficiency and sustainability programs, the remote Energy Efficiency Project Manager will manage project execution, coordinate rebate processing activities, and ensure high-quality deliverables while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver assigned rebate program projects to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• Monitor rebate application queues and prepare invoicing and monthly reporting activities for accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct quality assurance checks and validate compliance with program guidelines and client requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field
• 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, consulting support, or program administration
• Experience supporting project activities within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for report preparation and documentation
• Basic project management skills, including tracking milestones and escalating issues as needed
