Key Responsibilities
- Assist utility customers with energy efficiency inquiries and program enrollment
- Provide customer service, visit scheduling, and technical support through various platforms

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
- Must have a dedicated home office space and meet internet speed requirements
