Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service, visit scheduling, and technical support through various platforms

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
  • Must have a dedicated home office space and meet internet speed requirements
